Services
I have worked with people through a wide range of challenges, and I have found that there is rarely just one reason why someone decides to reach out. Below are four areas, or specialities, that I tend to work with. It’s less of a checklist and more a few different starting points for therapy. Whatever brings you here, what I have offer underneath it all is the same; space, time, and my full, undivided attention.
In-person and Online Available.
General Therapy
Some individuals may simply be seeking a space to talk through their lives, their emotions, and their experiences. For these folks, therapy is open-ended, and while there may be specific goals in mind, the pace and tone of therapy might depend on whatever is going on in their lives at that time. I call this General Therapy.
Spiritually-Integrated Psychotherapy
An approach to therapy that recognizes the spiritual dimension of life as a source of meaning, values, nourishment, and direction. We explore what spirituality means for you, whether that comes from a particular tradition or simply a deeper way of relating to life. All are welcome.
Meaning and Identity
From “Who am I?” to “What do I stand for?”, I help clients navigate questions of identity, meaning, culture, and belonging. This might be the experience of losing a community, a major life transition, or the sense that you’re outgrowing a way of being.
Anxiety and Depression
When it comes to anxiety and depression, I offer a space to slow down and to reflect on the changes that need to be taken to reconnect you with a sense of vitality and possibility. We talk about what’s been going on, and together, find ways to help you ruminate less and live more.
