Clinical Supervision
I provide a reflective space for psychotherapists to explore and hone their clinical voice, to practice the art of intentional self-reflection of their client sessions, and to ultimately become more confident therapists.
This space is also provided as a means for psychotherapists to process and understand the challenges of psychotherapy—burnout, emotional and mental fatigue, the balancing of the compassionate and tender heart with life’s responsibilities apart from the therapy room.

My approach to Supervision
-
I support and encourage supervisees to cultivate a reflective stance and attitude in their supervision sessions. This means taking a mindful stance towards your reflections on your client sessions. What happened? What did you notice about the client? We then unpack the experience, helping you explore blindspots, your values, beliefs, and assumptions.
We then consolidate these insights into actionable learnings. What will you do differently? What strengths do you notice in yourself? What does it look like to be guided by your values? -
Yes. Over the years, I have read and collected a large volume of resources in the form of books, articles, poetry, and stories. If requested and if appropriate, I will share these resources with you to support your understanding and practice of psychotherapy.

I charge $150 for 50-minute 1-1 supervision, offered both in-person and online.
